From a Press Release this morning I learned of Alti Technology Limited and their A8 Wi-Fi Base Station shown at right.
Although Alti claims to have "created smart antenna signal processing technologies", it looks to me like a conventional 8 (or so) sector base station utilizing Wi-Fi.
It continues to amaze me how many new systems keep emerging for outdoor Wi-Fi.
