Steve - I agree with your observations and further comment that Mobile WiMax will first emerge as cost effective in "enterprise and municipal" and other "private" niche applications. I think this is where we will see the growth of WiMax. For example, many electric utilties and munis want to extend fiber. However, they prefer to use licensed platform instead of unlicensed. In my opinion the enterprise application in need of licensed WiMax will offer the initial growth area.
