In Issue 2003-03, I tried something different suggested by Marlon Schafer – composing FOCUS as an email message instead of a heavily-formatted WinWord / PDF document to get FOCUS to be more timely and regular. Marlon’s suggestion was a good one.

Busy, Busy - Between travel, a proposal for a consulting project, a long format interview and the resulting transcription and correction, May and June were busy months.
